Brake Check

I changed my review. At first, I made some changes to my cars, everything was fine, but after 3 weeks, the oil light started to show and it told me that there was only 15% of the oil (viscosity). The mileage was missing 4,000 more miles before it started to show. I think they didn't change the oil (I told them synthetic). I'd better take it to where it was serviced.

I went to brake check here in tomball after 5. I had called to make an appointment for a free brake inspection and I asked on the phone what time they closed at and they said 6. Upon my arrival Jay helped look over my car and access my issues with my brakes. I was truly embarrassed with the shape my car was in and he reassured me it was fine and they would take care of it for me. He was able to assist with the cost to help it be more manageable for me. With the prior knowledge I knew they closed at 6. I said I would come back another day to get it fixed. Without hesitation he insisted we do it today and they would stay late to get it done for me. As a woman I don’t knows sometimes what’s going on with a car that’s why we go to a professional place, but after the service my car ended up worse than what it was.

I was just around the area and saw this attractive offer saying "Free Brakes Check". I can't deny I was sceptical at first, but anyway I went by and guess what? It was actually true! They assisted me as if I had paid for the service I have to say! My car was thoroughly checked and I got a report plus a quotation. They did not put pressure on me, but actually let me choose when to go and what to work on, all my call! Prices reasonable for the quality they offer, both in terms of products, services, and their specialized crew. Two thumbs up, I totally recommend them!
